"Rewards are fine, but the slow pace feels preventable"
The points are nice and they do help a little, but earning rewards feels slow. I feel like that’s something preventable if the program was a bit more generous or easier to use.

"Works fine, but the site could be easier to use"
dundle does work, so I’ll give it that. I was able to get what I needed in the end, but the website itself felt kind of messy. It took me longer than it should have to find what I was looking for, which was a bit frustrating, honestly. On my phone, some of the buttons were awkward to tap, and the checkout process felt more confusing than it needed to be. It’s not the worst website I’ve ever used or anything, but it could definitely use a simpler layout.

"Super quick delivery"
My order got here really fast, which was a nice surprise. I was expecting to wait a bit—actually, I didn’t really have to wait at all. Everything showed up just like it was supposed to, and I’m happy with how smooth it all went. I’d definitely order again.

I bought a voucher on dundle and the instructions were really easy to follow right from the start!! I didn’t have to dig around or figure things out on my own. The code worked perfectly, and the whole process was quick and simple.

"Pretty decent overall"
It works fine for the most part, and I haven’t really had any big issues. The fees just feel a bit on the high side sometimes, so it’d be nice if they were a little lower.

"SCAM - Charged me $116 for a $1.46 Used Gift Card!"

I was scammed last week by Dundle. They are NOT legit at all. I was sold a $100 gift card for $116 (which is already crazy), but then they sent me a gift card with only $1.46 on it. Now, they are giving me the run around and delaying the refund process. They've admitted that I never got what I paid for, but trying to make me wait until they investigate what happened between them and their supplier, which has absolutely nothing to do with me. I am inititating a dispute with my bank, and I will be submitting a complaint to the FTC and the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and don't use Dundle, as they are scam artists. Look up other reviews of similar stories, and you will see that my experience isn't unique. They WILL Scam You if you send them money!

"Clear emails, but did anyone else wait a bit for a reply?"
Dundle’s emails were clear and easy to follow. I always knew what was going on with my order, and the steps didn’t feel confusing at all.

The only thing was that one reply took longer than I expected. It was helpful once it came through, but I’m curious if anyone else had the same issue with response time. Overall, communication was good, just not perfect for me.

I’ve been using my account for a bit now, it just felt reassuring overall. "Easy to Track, But the Wait Was Annoying"
I ordered a voucher through Dundle and, to be fair, the tracking updates were easy to follow. I could see what was happening with the order, which helped, but I did get frustrated waiting for the status to finally change. It took longer than I expected, and I kept checking back. In the end, I got my voucher just fine, so it worked out, but the waiting part was definitely annoying.

"Decent site, but the limits feel a little unfair"
The site works fine overall and I haven’t had any major issues with it. It’s just that the limits can get annoying at times, especially when I’m in the middle of doing something and suddenly I’m the one stuck having to wait or work around it. I get why they’re there, but it still feels like regular users end up paying the price.

"A gift card rabbit hole, but in the best way"
I went on dundle thinking I’d quickly grab one gift card, and suddenly it felt like I’d opened the vault of every option possible. Netflix, Amazon, Steam, gaming cards… all just sitting there in one place instead of making me run around the internet like I was on some grand quest. Picking what I needed was easy, the codes came through without any drama, it’s a handy site when you’re still deciding what card to get.

"Straightforward pricing in my own currency"
I’ve used dundle a few times now for gift cards, one thing I really appreciate is being able to pay in my own currency. The price was shown clearly before checkout, so I didn’t have to guess what I’d actually be charged or deal with confusing conversions.

My card went through without any trouble, and there weren’t any weird extra steps. I think it’s only fair that sites make pricing clear upfront, especially when people are paying from different countries, and dundle did that well for me.
